Vielleicht gibt es eine klügere und einfachere Art und Weise diesen Workout darzustellen, ....
Eine Kombination aus dem Kinderspiel ich packe meinen Koffer und dann packe ich den Koffer wieder aus.
Übung1 - Pause - Übung1, Übung2 - Pause - Übung1, Übung2, Übung3 - Pause - .... - ..... - .... - und dann das ganze wieder rückwärts.
Heute in Summe 1000 Reps
